With over two decades of experience in business, marketing, and brand-building, Josh has led successful campaigns and innovations at leading CPG companies including PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Central Garden & Pet, and Gallo. A trained professional engineer who began his career building bridges, Josh brings a unique perspective to business, excelling at finding solutions amid chaos and ambiguity. As the founder of FlexCMO , he continues to leverage his extensive CPG expertise to deliver focused, strategic and comprehensive marketing solutions to boost business growth. Josh holds an MBA from Yale University and a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan.
