The Halyard Brewing Company engaged Josh Nelson to provide interim leadership assistance for the company during a time of leadership transition. Specifically, Josh was asked to help the new leadership team develop an updated business plan that set the course for profitable business growth in the future. Given his significant familiarity and experience with alcoholic beverages, Josh was able to quickly come up to speed on what was needed in order to drive results. The engagement included 1-2 days per week of direct involvement with the leadership team on the business for two months.
After completing an initial assessment of the business and the viability of the value proposition, Josh worked with the leadership team to develop a revised business plan.
